For most products, 6 pt font is the minimum size we recommend for clear, legible text, but there are some important exceptions based on the material and printing method: T-shirts, hats & DTF transfers: Go with at least 14 pt to ensure your text reads cleanly on fabric. Paper labels: We recommend at least 8 pt for crisp, readable results.
